Install contributed modules in Drupal 10 without the official supported version

Drupal.org announced yesterday that the "end of life" of Drupal 7 will be delayed to November 2023 as it still has a large number of users. Not only that, but the end of life date is not definitive, but will be re-evaluated annually.
